Relax + is a unique product and is specifically designed for the busy times in which we live today. Recommended for everyone, but especially for those who have additional needs a good and healthy sleep.

NUTURA^® RELAX+  formula is a natural relaxant, it promotes a sense of relaxation and therefore has a beneficial effect on sleep function.

The main ingredient of this spray is an extract from a plant called Griffonia simplicifolia, which contains 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), This is an amino acid that is converted into serotonin, a precursor of the sleep substance melatonin in the body, which plays an important role in promoting a natural, healthy sleep and reduce tension.
Also included are the amino acids arginine and ornithine, which play multiple roles in the body and can benefit the immune system.  NUTURA^® RELAX+ would not be complete without our special proprietary herbal extract, which blends together eight herbs known throughout the world for their restful, calming effects.

Contains.: 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan); L-Arginine;  L-Ornithine, proprietary extract from cramp bark, feverfew, hops, lettuce, passionflower, peppermint, skullcap, valerian.

Directions for use

Before initial use, pump 4 to 6 times to activate the pump. For a calming rest, shake gently, spray directly into mouth. Recommended use is to take 4 sprays, 15 minutes before bedtime and another 4 sprays at bedtime. If needed, take up to an additional 8 sprays. Each vial contains approximately 240 metered sprays. WARNING: For adult use only. Not for use by children, pregnant or lactating women. If you are under medical supervision, consult your physician prior to use of this product. Do not combine 5-HTP with conventional anti-depressants and/or MAO-inhibitors. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery following consumption of RELAX+. Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray in eyes. Do not exceed the stated dose.
