NUTURA^®  has developed a brand new formula that promotes a natural and healthy sleep.

"GOODNIGHT" contains the maximum dose of 0,299 mg melatonin but in addition to it we added 5-HTP from Griffonia Simplicifolia, L-theanine and a special herbal complex *. 5-HTP is a precursor for the natural body's own production of melatonin. The selected herbs * are wellknown for their soothing properties.

Directions for use

Before initial use - pump 4-6 times to activate the pump. Shake gently. At bedtime spray directly into mouth, as needed - up to 8 sprays 15 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 8 sprays unless directed by a physician. Each vial contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Store at room temperature. Do not spray in eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

WARNINGS:
Contains Melatonin, 5-HTP and Valerian root. For adult use only. Not for use by pregnant or lactating women or for a continuous period longer than 3 weeks or when you use medication that affect the brains. When you are under medical supervision, consult your health care professional prior to use of this product.
