What is magnesium?
Magnesium is a mineral, just like iron, calcium and zinc. Minerals are important for your health, because they ensure that vitamins can do their job. Magnesium helps build muscles and bones and relaxes muscles and nerves. In addition, this mineral releases energy from food. Magnesium is an important mineral that occurs in almost all cells of the body.

Because our body cannot make the mineral magnesium itself, we have to get it through food. Plants and animals absorb minerals from nature, so that they end up in our food. Magnesium also enters our body in this way.

Instructions

Before initial use - pump 4 to 6 times to activate the pump. Shake gently. Spray directly into mouth, 2 sprays, 4 times per day. Each vial contains ± 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the stated dose. Store at room temperature. Best before and Lot no.: See bottom of vial. Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray in eyes.

Remarks:

Magnesium is a salt and therefore naturally has a salty taste. With the addition of natural mint (spearmint), this spray has a salty fresh taste.
