NUTURA^®  E+SELENIUM

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin known to protect healthy cells and tissues from free-radical-damage damage, caused by pollutants, radiation, certain chemicals and even oxygen in the air we breathe. It helps the natural resistance against damage that can occur in times of oxidative stress.

Selenium is an essential trace mineral said to help in the production of glutathione peroxidase, a natural anti-oxidant that is said to aid vitamin E in preventing free radical damage, by which it has a positive influence on heart and blood vessels and premature aging.

Selenium is important for various body processes. For example, it is good for the fertility of the man because it contributes to the production of sperm cells. It is also good for the nails and the condition of your hair. In addition, it is good for the thyroid gland and has a positive effect on the immune system.

Directions for use

Before initial use - pump 6 to 8 times to activate the pump. Shake gently.  Spray directly into mouth, 2 sprays, 4 times per day. Each vial contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the stated dose. Store at room temperature. Best before and Lot no.: See bottom of vial. Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray in eyes.
